TikTok LIVE and Bigo Live host major creator events in Thailand

Major live-streaming platforms TikTok LIVE and Bigo Live are hosting large-scale events in Thailand to celebrate the growing creator economy and community engagement in the Asia-Pacific region.

At the TikTok LIVE Community Fest 2026 in Bangkok, the platform highlighted significant growth, noting that over 95 million creators in the region used LIVE during the first half of 2026, a 50% increase from the previous year. The platform reported that 40 million of these were new creators, with one-third of them generating revenue within their first 30 days.

Simultaneously, Bigo Live held its Thailand Mid-Year Gala 2026 at RARIN Bangkok. The event brought together hundreds of creators, agencies, and community leaders from over 10 countries to recognize those driving content trends and fostering digital communities through real-time interaction and cultural exchange.
