Timișoara multipurpose hall project receives two bids for completion

Two bids have been submitted for the completion of the multipurpose hall located on Podeanu Street in Timișoara. The project, which has been ongoing since 2010 and is currently approximately 70% complete, is being supported by the Timiș County Council through a 22 million lei contribution.

The total estimated value for the remaining works is approximately 35 million lei excluding VAT. If the procurement process proceeds without delays, construction is expected to begin by the end of this year with an execution period of 14 months. Once finished, the 2,500-seat facility will host sports competitions, cultural events, and educational activities.
