Tisha Shamshir apologizes to Yusof Haslam amid drug case

Actress Tisha Shamshir, whose real name is Shanorbiah Shamsir Alam, has issued an apology to producer Datuk Yusof Haslam and his family following a drug-related case currently before the court. Tisha stated that she recognizes the controversy has somewhat tarnished the reputation of her employer.

During her appearance at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court, Tisha addressed the cyberbullying she has faced, noting that such harassment is common for public figures. She expressed that while the situation is a heavy trial, she is accepting it with an open heart and remains focused on her professional life despite the impact the controversy has had on her career.

The legal proceedings stem from an operation known as ‘Op Noda’ conducted by the Kuala Lumpur Contingent Police Headquarters and the Dang Wangi District Police Headquarters. The court has scheduled a mention of the case for November 10.
