Titan Capital ordered to liquidate by Cayman Islands Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of the Cayman Islands has ordered the liquidation of Titan Capital, a holding company linked to Daniel Vorcaro, the former controller of Banco Master. The court has appointed three professionals from Grant Thornton Specialist Services to oversee the process, stripping former directors and owners of access to the company's accounts and assets.

Investigations by the Brazilian Federal Police and the Council for Financial Activities Control (Coaf) have identified Titan Capital as part of a suspected money laundering and asset stripping scheme involving Banco Master. According to Coaf, approximately R$ 700 million was transferred from the bank to the holding company through investment fund quotas between January and July 2025.

The liquidation process may extend to assets held in other countries through international legal cooperation. This follows previous actions in Brazil, where the Central Bank had already blocked Titan's assets in March. Titan Capital was noted for its luxury headquarters in São Paulo's Faria Lima district.
