Additionally, the government aims to reduce economic input costs by cutting intermediary stages in sectors such as fuel and healthcare.

General Secretary and President To Lam contributed to the discussions on legislative projects, such as the Law on Post and the Law on Metrology. He noted that the success of new laws should be measured by their ability to reduce business costs and improve public services. Economic data presented during the session showed a GDP growth of 9.01% for the first nine months of 2026, with an average monthly worker income of approximately 9.06 million VND.
