Togg T6X attracts interest from Turkish taxi operators

The Turkish taxi industry has expressed significant interest in Togg’s new T6X model following the unveiling of its prototype by Togg Chairman Fuat Tosyalı. Mehmet Yiğiner, President of the Confederation of Drivers and Automobile Owners (TŞOF), stated that taxi operators are eager to adopt the vehicle for commercial use.

According to the current roadmap, the T6X is scheduled to open for pre-orders in June 2027, with deliveries expected to begin by the end of that same month. The model is designed with a focus on urban driving, featuring modern design and digital driving experiences.

To facilitate widespread adoption within the commercial sector, TŞOF emphasized the need for specialized purchasing and financing options tailored to taxi drivers. Industry representatives suggest that integrating the T6X into taxi fleets could modernize urban transport, reduce operating costs through electrification, and contribute to the national economy.
