TOHO Cinemas releases limited Hogwarts Express popcorn box

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’, TOHO Cinemas is releasing a limited-edition ‘The Prime Collection Hogwarts Express Popcorn Box’. Starting August 26, the collector’s item will be available at TOHO Cinemas theaters nationwide and through their official EC site.

The detailed replica of the Hogwarts Express measures approximately 54 cm in length and features a unique mechanism where steam rises from the chimney when water is added. The item is priced at 9,800 yen (including tax).

In conjunction with the product launch, a limited-time screening of the first film in the series will begin on August 28. The screenings will be available in various premium formats, including IMAX, Dolby Cinema, and 4D (MX4D/4DX), and will include previously unreleased bonus making-of footage.
