To manage crowds at King’s Cross Station, an interactive experience was hosted at the Old Billingsgate market near the River Thames, allowing fans to engage in activities such as boarding the Hogwarts Express and sending owl mail. In conjunction with these events, Warner Bros. Games launched a franchise sale on Steam. The video game Hogwarts Legacy is being offered at a 90 percent discount, and players can claim a free “Astronomer’s Hat” cosmetic DLC through September 30. Other titles, including Lego Harry Potter and Quidditch Champions, are also included in the sale. Commercial activities include themed travel and collectibles. In Brazil, Cinemark and LATAM Airlines partnered on 18 August for a themed flight to Salvador. In Japan, TOHO Cinemas is releasing a limited-edition “The Prime Collection Hogwarts Express Popcorn Box” on 26 August, alongside screenings featuring up to 12 minutes of previously unreleased behind-the-scenes footage.
