The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has announced a massive land auction involving 405 plots across 47 provinces. The total estimated value of the properties is approximately 10.78 billion Turkish Liras, covering a total area of 1,767,982 square meters.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 29 and 30, 2026, starting at 10:30 AM. Physical bidding sessions will be held simultaneously at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building, with an option for online participation via designated web portals.

The plots are diverse in use, including residential, commercial, tourism, educational, agricultural, industrial, and recreational areas. Some locations include high-interest districts such as Çankaya in Ankara, Avcılar and Başakşehir in Istanbul, and Menemen in Izmir.

Buyers can benefit from flexible payment terms, including a 25 percent down payment and installments spanning up to 48 months. Additionally, a 15 percent discount is available for certain properties purchased through full cash payments. Starting prices for some plots are reported to be around 255,000 Turkish Liras, though final prices will be determined by the auction process.
