Tokyo Game Show 2026 to celebrate 30th anniversary

The Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS2026) is set to take place from September 17 to 21 at Makuhari Messe, marking its 30th anniversary. The Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA) has launched a special commemorative website to highlight the event's history and upcoming anniversary programs, including a panel of veteran game producers and special exhibition displays.

For the first time, the event will expand to a five-day duration, featuring two business days followed by three public days. To celebrate the milestone, special anniversary tickets and themed food menus will be available. The event will also host a Creator Lounge supported by Twitch and Razer to facilitate content creator engagement.

In conjunction with the event, gaming hardware manufacturer Brook Gaming has announced its participation. The company plans to showcase several new products, including the ‘8K Core Fighting Board’, the ‘StarRay PS5 Controller’, and a new mobile gaming keyboard, alongside various multi-platform converters and accessories.
