Toluca extends water service and connection discount campaign

The municipal government of Toluca has extended its discount campaign for water and connection services through December 31, 2026. The initiative aims to assist local families with their economies by allowing users to regularize payments for both residential and commercial potable water, drainage, and sewage services.

Under the program, users can receive up to a 100% discount on surcharges for 2026 and previous years. Additionally, there is a 50% discount on connections for regularizing properties with the National Institute for Sustainable Soil. Vulnerable individuals using domestic services are eligible for an additional 38% discount on their payments.
