Presidents Cup: Morikawa shows frustration as Tom Kim heads to Asian Games

At the Presidents Cup held at Medinah Country Club, U.S. golfer Collin Morikawa expressed visible frustration after a loss in the Saturday four-ball match. Partnering with Wyndham Clark, Morikawa and Clark lost a 2-and-1 match to the International pair of Si Woo Kim and Tom Kim, despite an early two-hole lead. The defeat follows a difficult stretch for the American team, which suffered a 5-0 sweep in Friday's foursomes and trailed 7-3 overall.

Meanwhile, International player Tom Kim is set to depart the tournament on Sunday afternoon to compete in the Asian Games in Japan. Kim, who has won three of his four matches this week, is seeking a gold medal in the men’s or team competition. Under South Korean law, a gold medal at the Asian Games would grant Kim an exemption from mandatory military service.
