Tom Sandoval Files New Restraining Order Allegations Against Ex Victoria Lee Robinson

Reality‑TV star Tom Sandoval has filed a new court declaration seeking to extend a restraining order against his former girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson. In the filing he alleges that during an October 2024 tour stop in Florida, Robinson, who he says was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, was escorted offstage by security and later kicked him repeatedly in the groin in front of his bandmates, crew and fans. He claims she shouted insults, including calling his penis "tiny," and that her behavior caused him significant distress and anxiety ahead of a scheduled America’s Got Talent appearance.

Sandoval notes that venue staff had expressed concerns about Robinson’s alleged backstage drug use and that his band manager and musical director wanted her banned from the tour. He says he was previously granted a temporary domestic‑violence restraining order in June 2024 and is now requesting it be extended. The dispute follows a June 2024 domestic‑violence allegation in which Sandoval was accused of shoving Robinson’s father into a fire pit.
