Tom Sandoval Secures Restraining Order After Alleged Assault by Girlfriend and Her Father

On June 3, 2024, reality‑TV personality Tom Sandoval alleged that his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, assaulted him at his rental home in Los Angeles. Sandoval says the father punched a hole in a spare‑bedroom door and that Robinson struck him in the face, causing bruising, bleeding from his ear and neck, and blurred vision. Sandoval filed for a domestic‑violence restraining order, and a California judge issued temporary orders on June 25 requiring both Robinson and her father to vacate the residence immediately, stay at least 100 yards from Sandoval, and refrain from possessing firearms.

Robinson was arrested on an intimate‑partner‑battery charge the same day and later released on bond. The incident was partially captured on security video, showing a heated argument on the patio that ended with Robinson’s father falling into a lit fire pit. Sandoval, displaced from the home, has been staying with friends and in hotels. A hearing on the restraining order is set for July 16.
