Tony D'Amico set to depart Atalanta for Roma

Tony D'Amico, who has been Atalanta's sporting director for four seasons, is expected to leave the club. Negotiations between Atalanta and D'Amico's representatives are ongoing to reach a consensual termination of his contract, which runs until June 2027. Roma have indicated they are ready to appoint him as their new sporting director, with a formal announcement anticipated in early June, possibly on the 2nd. D'Amico previously worked with coach Gasperini at Atalanta, contributing to regular European competition qualifications and a cup victory in Dublin that featured a hat‑trick by Lookman.
