Torre Centinela implements advanced intelligence and emergency coordination

The Torre Centinela facility in Mexico utilizes advanced technological integration to manage state security and emergency responses through specialized command centers.

Level 15 houses the C7-IA (Command, Computing, Control, Coordination, Citizen Contact, Quality, and Communications-Artificial Intelligence) center. This hub manages 911 emergency reports, integrating citizen data with territorial information, communications, and video surveillance to coordinate state, municipal, and federal authorities during emergencies.

Level 16 serves as the Tactical Analysis Command Center. Using the Centinela Platform, this unit performs land, aerial, and virtual tracking to link events and establish lines of investigation. This intelligence supports the Special Detective Group in targeting high-impact criminal activities and allows the SWAT Special Force to conduct technical interventions in complex scenarios. These capabilities are integrated under the UNOPEM operational cycle to convert intelligence into field actions.
