Torre del Mar to host Oktoberfest with musical tributes

Torre del Mar will host an Oktoberfest on October 10 and 11 at Avenida Toré Toré. The two-day event features live music, dancing, and participation from local municipal collectives.

The musical lineup includes performances by Free Soul Band, Hombres B (a tribute to Hombres G), and Las Vegas. The second day features Malabares (tribute to Estopa), Iberia Sumergida (tribute to Héroes del Silencio), and Aire (tribute to Mecano). Other scheduled performances include the Coro Luz del Alba, Feel the Music, Fit Gipsy Dance, Coro Peña Buena Amistad, and the Grupo de Castañuelas Ganas de Vivir.

The Vélez-Málaga City Council expects the event to increase tourism in Torre del Mar outside of the summer season and stimulate local commerce and hospitality. The event is organized in collaboration with the Association of Entrepreneurs and Merchants of Torre del Mar.
