Torrelavega and Vigo announce holiday decorations and events

Torrelavega is preparing for its Christmas season with the installation of a 14-meter-tall tree in the Plaza Mayor. The city's lighting plan includes new light curtains on several streets and decorations across various neighborhoods and towns to support local commerce and tourism.

In Vigo, the Casa das Artes will host a traditional Nativity scene (Belén) for the 2026-2027 campaign. The exhibition, managed by the Agrupación Belenística La Morana, will feature a 100-square-meter monumental display incorporating local historical and cultural elements such as Romanesque facades and traditional landscapes. The installation also includes a dedicated children's area and guided educational activities.
