TOTVS launches new management system and GOL integrates ChatGPT
At the Universo TOTVS 2026 event in São Paulo, TOTVS announced the launch of Corten, a new Management Operating System. This technology aims to integrate back-office functions, customer relationship management, and cloud infrastructure to reduce operational complexity and technological silos.
During the event, TOTVS AI Director Ramon Martins emphasized that the industry's primary challenge is transitioning from AI experimentation to generating tangible business value. He noted that while AI can automate processes and analyze data, the future of work relies on a symbiosis between human creativity and machine intelligence.
In other developments, GOL Linhas Aéreas announced it will become the first airline in Latin America to integrate with ChatGPT. Starting October 19, passengers will be able to perform check-ins and generate boarding passes through the OpenAI assistant. Additionally, the Trust Control company has scheduled the 3rd Trust Summit for October 29 in Fortaleza, focusing on the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
