Tour de France 2027 routes announced for men and women FAST-MOVING
The Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) has unveiled the routes for the 2027 Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes. Both races will feature a Grand Départ in the United Kingdom, marking a significant international expansion for the events.
The men’s race will begin in Edinburgh, Scotland, on July 2, before moving through Carlisle, England, and Wales, including stages to Liverpool and Cardiff. The peloton will then return to France for 18 stages, featuring two individual time trials in Blois and Toulouse, and concluding with a final stage in Paris that includes a climb through Montmartre.
The women’s race will start in Leeds, England, on July 30, with stages through Manchester and Sheffield. It will include an 18km team time trial in London before moving to France. The nine-stage route will conclude on August 7 with a decisive summit finish at the Puy de Dôme in the Massif Central.
