Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid GR Sport detailed in Europe and Malaysia

A refreshed Toyota Corolla Cross hybrid SUV was test‑driven in Austria, featuring a new GR Sport trim with a bolder front fascia, sport seats, a lowered 10 mm suspension and a 2.0‑liter hybrid powertrain delivering 180 hp (132 kW). The model accelerates to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds and is priced at €46,502.50.

In Malaysia the Corolla Cross is offered in three five‑seat variants – a 1.8 L petrol, a 1.8 L hybrid and a hybrid GR Sport. Prices range from RM133,800 for the petrol version to RM148,800 for the GR Sport, which adds cosmetic upgrades such as 18‑inch wheels and red interior accents but retains the same 122 PS combined output as the standard hybrid. The SUV provides a 440‑litre boot, a 47‑litre fuel tank (36 L for the hybrid) and a top speed of 170 km/h.
