Toyota Highlander and Nissan Elgrand launch in Japan as three‑row SUVs
Toyota began importing its US‑built Highlander to Japan under the new U.S. vehicle certification system. Sales start nationwide on 1 August 2026 with a price of ¥8.6 million.
