Toyota refreshes Corolla Cross SUV with new design and Connected Services in Argentina
Toyota has launched an updated Corolla Cross for the Argentine market following a recent refresh in Brazil. The GR‑Sport version receives a sportier exterior, featuring a honey‑comb grille, black‑trimmed fog‑lamp surrounds, new rear mouldings, a revised diffuser and 18‑inch alloy wheels. Inside, all gasoline‑engine variants get a re‑designed central console that houses the gear selector, an electronic parking brake with Auto Hold, a wireless charger, additional storage and connectivity ports. The GR‑Sport trim also adds exclusive sport seats, a Gazoo Racing‑badge steering wheel and aluminium pedals.
The XEI trim now includes Toyota Connected Services, allowing owners to access vehicle data, remote diagnostics, trip history, maintenance reminders and driving‑habit analysis via the Toyota app. For the first 12 months, a Connected Safety package provides 24‑hour assistance, accident monitoring, speed alerts, geofence notifications and remote immobilisation in case of theft. Powertrain specifications remain unchanged, with a 2.0‑litre gasoline engine producing 171 hp paired with a ten‑speed CVT, and a 122 hp hybrid option, both with front‑wheel drive.
