Toyworld168, Inc. has issued a recall for 276 Rainbow Mystery Squishy Bun Toys due to a potential water bead hazard. The toys, which are translucent green with glitter and a cartoon face, are sold in a tan container designed to resemble a bamboo steamer with ‘Rainbow MYSTERY’ and ‘SUGAR EDITION’ printed on the label.

The recall is prompted by concerns that the water beads inside the toys could be ingested by children. If swallowed, these beads can expand within the body, potentially causing choking, intestinal obstruction, vomiting, dehydration, and even death.
