TPBank wins three Asian Banker AI and digital banking awards

TPBank received three major honors at The Asian Banker Awards 2026, highlighting its extensive AI and digital transformation. The bank was named the best GenAI Application in Vietnam, the best enterprise‑wide AI implementation in Vietnam, and the best corporate mobile initiative in Vietnam.

Judges praised TPBank’s integration of generative AI across customer‑facing services, internal operations, and back‑office functions, noting features such as the AI‑driven virtual assistant Taio X and the Paste‑to‑Pay capability that has supported 15 million ChatPay transactions while cutting manual entry errors by over 70%. The awards underscore TPBank’s strategy of embedding AI throughout more than nine business units, with around 20 production‑level models, and its mobile platform TPBank Biz designed for enterprises of all sizes.
