In Da Lat, AI reception robots have been deployed at the Xuan Huong Ward Public Administration Service Center to assist citizens with administrative procedures and document lookups. In the transportation sector, Hiep Phat Automobile Co., Ltd. is using AI-driven platforms to provide digitized theoretical lessons and simulated traffic scenarios for driver training.

Furthermore, the robotics ecosystem is strengthening through industry-academia partnerships. AICAP has partnered with the China Robotics Industry Development Alliance (CDRA), AIBRAIN, and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) to develop commercial robotics platforms.
