Trabzonspor pursues Berke Özer as Galatasaray targets Virgil van Dijk

Trabzonspor is actively pursuing Lille goalkeeper Berke Özer. A manager authorized by the Turkish club has reportedly held discussions with Lille officials regarding the 26-year-old, who has a market value of approximately 12 million euros. While Lille management is reportedly resistant to his departure, Özer is said to be open to the move due to the favorable terms offered.

Separately, Galatasaray is planning defensive reinforcements for the January transfer window. The club is considering a move for Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk. If an agreement cannot be reached during the winter period, Galatasaray intends to pursue the 35-year-old Dutch defender at the end of the season, as his current contract with Liverpool runs until June 2027.
