Tractor driver killed in accident near Ayvacık, Turkey

Ismail Türker, a resident of Çanakkale’s Ayvacık district, died after his tractor rolled over while he was traveling to Misvak village to collect animal feed. The 45 UN 740‑registered tractor lost control for unknown reasons, overturned on uneven terrain, and trapped the driver, who later succumbed to his injuries at Ayvacık State Hospital despite emergency medical treatment.

Local authorities, including gendarmerie units, have opened an investigation to determine the exact cause of the crash.
