In the Łęczyca district, the program “Smaki Polski. Kuchnia Dworska” filmed at the Lachert Manor in Ciechanki, showcasing the historical kulebiak recipe associated with General Teresa Kicka. Additionally, regional media in the Kłodzka region is reviving ancestral recipes, including buttermilk soup and Silesian heaven.
