Two separate traffic accidents occurred in the Jura region of Switzerland on October 22 and 23, 2026.

A vehicle struck the rear of a car traveling toward Delémont, resulting in injuries to a female driver. Emergency services, including an ambulance and the Porrentruy fire department, attended the scene. The accident caused significant traffic disruptions for approximately ninety minutes while road cleaning crews cleared the site.

On Friday, October 23, a driver lost control of a vehicle on the Route d’Alle in Porrentruy. The car collided with the front wheel of an oncoming tractor. The driver sustained injuries and received medical attention from an ambulance. The incident required two towing vehicles and caused traffic delays for over an hour. Local police are investigating the causes of both accidents.
