Traffic restrictions active in Cúcuta and Mexico City

Traffic restrictions are in effect in Cúcuta and Mexico City. In Cúcuta, the ‘pico y placa’ measure for Thursday, August 20, 2026, applies to vehicles with license plates ending in 7 and 8. These vehicles are restricted during three specific time slots: 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Additionally, individual public service taxis with plates ending in 1 are restricted.
