Treviso inaugurates Cantina del Futuro urban winery

Brothers Enrico and Alberto Fagotto have inaugurated ‘Cantina del Futuro’ in Treviso, an innovative urban winery and restaurant concept. The 750-square-meter facility integrates the entire wine production cycle into its design.

The structure features a visible cellar separated from the dining areas by large glass panels. A central vinification tank houses a centuries-old olive tree, symbolizing a connection between nature and modern architecture. The venue includes a restaurant, wine bar, and an outdoor area overlooking the Piavesella canal.
