The Trimbos Institute in the Netherlands has issued a 'Red Alert' regarding potentially lethal ecstasy pills shaped like the head of Donald Trump. These tablets, which appear in green and yellow colors, feature Trump's likeness on one side and the inscriptions 'NL' and 'Trump' on the reverse.

Chemical analysis conducted through the Drugs Information and Monitoring System (DIMS) and the Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI) revealed a high concentration of PMMA (para-methoxymethamphetamine). While structurally similar to MDMA, PMMA acts more slowly, which creates a significant risk of overdose as users may consume additional doses believing the first was ineffective.

Consumption of these pills can lead to severe physiological reactions, including nausea, rapid heartbeat, convulsions, and dangerous hyperthermia. Although the institute has not reported any confirmed fatalities or serious illnesses specifically linked to these pills in the Netherlands to date, the warning remains urgent due to the substance's lethal potential.
