Triputra and Persada Groups provide Rp8 billion for NTT earthquake relief
Triputra Group, Persada Capital Investama (PCI), and its subsidiary PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAP) have committed Rp8 billion in humanitarian aid to support communities affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).
The earthquake, which measured 7.7 magnitude and struck the Flores region on August 15, 2026, impacted approximately 225,000 people across 14 regencies and cities. The disaster caused significant damage to homes and public facilities, forcing over 18,000 residents into displacement.
Aid is being distributed through several channels, including the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Mabes TNI), the NTT Regional Police (Polda NTT), YPKAAR, and Politeknik Christo Re Maumere. The assistance is being delivered in stages to affected areas such as Sikka, Manggarai, and West Manggarai, focusing on meeting the immediate essential needs of the population to support post-disaster recovery.
