Triumph launches limited‑edition Speed Twin 1200 TFC motorcycle
Triumph Motorcycles announced a limited production run of 750 units for its new Speed Twin 1200 TFC (Triumph Factory Custom) model. The bike builds on the Speed Twin 1200 RS platform but adds factory‑installed premium components and distinctive styling, including carbon‑fiber bodywork, an "Obsidian Gold" paint finish with gold flakes, individual serial numbers and an authenticity certificate.
Technical highlights feature a 1,200 cc liquid‑cooled parallel‑twin engine delivering 105 hp and 112 Nm of torque at 4,250 rpm, fully adjustable Öhlins front and rear suspension, Brembo Stylema brake calipers with a radial master cylinder, lightweight seven‑spoke alloy wheels, Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tyres, and Akrapovič titanium exhausts. Electronics include ride‑by‑wire throttle, Triumph Shift Assist, cornering ABS, three riding modes (Sport, Road, Rain), a dual‑display cockpit with LCD and colour TFT, and a USB‑C charging port.
The limited edition targets enthusiasts seeking a more track‑focused ergonomics package, with lower clip‑on handlebars and rear‑set footpegs, while retaining everyday usability.
