Triumph reveals 2027 Tiger 1200 adventure motorcycle
Triumph has unveiled the updated 2027 Tiger 1200 adventure motorcycle lineup, featuring distinct GT and Rally variants designed for both pavement and off-road use. The redesigned 1,160cc triple-cylinder engine produces up to 158hp and 130Nm of torque, benefiting from improved cylinder heads, pistons, and exhaust arrangements.
Key technological upgrades include a Bosch radar system with front and rear sensors, enabling adaptive cruise control, emergency brake assist, forward collision warning, and blind-spot assistance. The motorcycle also features a 7-inch TFT display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
A notable mechanical addition is the Showa EERA Heightflex suspension system, which allows the bike to lower its seat height to 31.1 inches when stopped, improving accessibility for riders in traffic or parking scenarios. In India, the GT Pro variant is priced at Rs 20.99 lakh, while the Rally Explorer is priced at Rs 23.49 lakh, with sales expected to begin in March 2027.
