Overview

Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled its updated 2027 Tiger 1200 adventure motorcycle lineup, which includes GT and Rally variants designed for both road and off-road use. The new generation features a redesigned 1,160cc T-Plane triple engine producing 158 PS and 130Nm of torque, following mechanical refinements to the cylinder head, pistons, and fuel injection.

Technological advancements include a Bosch radar system with front and rear units to support Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Assist, Forward Collision Warning, and Emergency Brake Assist. The motorcycles also feature a 7-inch HD touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

A significant mechanical update is the SHOWA EERA HEIGHTFLEX semi-active suspension system, which can automatically lower the seat height to approximately 790 mm (31.1 inches) when the vehicle is stationary. In the Indian market, the GT Pro variant is priced at Rs 20.99 lakh, while the Rally Explorer is priced at Rs 23.49 lakh, with sales anticipated to commence in March 2027.
