Trump aims to end Iran-related Middle East war soon, adviser says
Massad Boulos, the White House senior adviser for Arab and Middle Eastern affairs, stated that President Donald Trump is determined to end the ongoing war involving Iran and other Middle Eastern actors soon. Speaking at the Arab Media Summit in Dubai, Boulos indicated that while the administration is giving negotiations a chance, no specific timetable or formal ceasefire agreement has been established.
Boulos emphasized that resolving Iran’s nuclear program remains a central condition for any potential peace. He reiterated the United States' position that Tehran must not be permitted to acquire a nuclear weapon. While the adviser described the president as patient regarding ongoing talks, he noted that Trump remains firm on the nuclear issue and that the timing of any diplomatic breakthrough will be determined by the president.
