Tunisia promotes agrifood exports at SIAL Paris 2026

Tunisia is conducting a major commercial promotion in France to expand its presence in European and international markets. Under the initiative ‘Tunisia, Land of Flavors’, organized by the Export Promotion Center (CEPEX), 71 Tunisian companies are participating in various events in Paris.

The delegation represents ten different sectors, including olive oil, dates, couscous, harissa, seafood, and organic products. A significant portion of the effort is focused on the olive oil and date industries. Specifically, nine companies specializing in these two sectors are participating in a targeted program that includes exhibitions and tastings at the Beaugrenelle shopping center and a gastronomic experience at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

The promotional campaign culminates at SIAL Paris 2026, a major international food industry trade show. The Tunisian pavilion will be organized across two halls: Hall 3 will host a multisectoral offering including pasta, canned goods, and seafood, while Hall 8 will focus on dates and fruits, highlighting Deglet Nour and organic varieties. The goal is to establish long-term partnerships with global buyers, importers, and distributors.
