The video, which was viewed by thousands before being removed, also included a provocation directed at MEP Silvia Sardone.

The influencer subsequently released a TikTok video apologizing, claiming the act was intended as “purely ironic and provocative” entertainment and stating there was no intention to encourage illegal behavior. However, the Commissioner highlighted concerns regarding the individual’s social danger, noting previous social media content that appeared to flaunt weapons and cash, as well as violations of traffic laws. The individual has reportedly been under investigation in the past for crimes against persons and property.
