Turkey announces large-scale real estate auctions across multiple provinces

Various Turkish government agencies and institutions are launching large-scale real estate auctions across multiple provinces.

The Urban Transformation Presidency has announced the sale of 660 plots of land in 24 provinces, including major cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, and Balıkesir. Auctions are scheduled for September 2, 3, and 4, 2026. Buyers may benefit from VAT exemptions, discounts for cash payments, and installment options for up to 24 months.

Simultaneously, the Social Security Institution (SGK) is auctioning several properties. In Alanya, 12 properties across various neighborhoods including Oba and Mahmutlar will be sold via an electronic portal, with auctions set for September 23. In Yozgat, SGK is auctioning 16 properties across the Aydıncık, Çayıralan, and Sorgun districts, with tenders scheduled between September 21 and 25, 2026.

Additionally, a separate foreclosure sale in Yozgat's Çayıralan district involves a 655-square-meter plot with a two-story house, valued at approximately 2.5 million Lira, with auctions beginning in October 2026.
