Turkish Red Crescent volunteers provide home care to seniors and disabled in Kars

Turkish Red Crescent (Kızılay) volunteers in Kars are conducting a "Volunteer Home Care Movement" that regularly visits the homes of elderly, disabled and other individuals who need assistance. The volunteers clean living spaces, help with personal care, deliver basic necessities and spend time chatting to reduce loneliness and strengthen social ties.

Kızılay officials emphasize that the organization’s role extends beyond disaster response to everyday community support.
