Turkey issues 2026 municipal road repair contracts for Istanbul's Büyükçekmece and Antalya
The Büyükçekmeçe Municipality in Istanbul announced an open electronic tender (IKN 2026/10682741) for a 2026 contract to perform road maintenance, repair and asphalt patching using concrete paving stones. The contract comprises 20 work items covering the supply and installation of pavement, curbs, drainage and asphalt repairs, with a delivery period of 120 calendar days starting within five days of contract signing.
The Antalya Water and Wastewater Administration issued a separate open tender (IKN 2026/10757681) for a 2026‑2027 contract to apply surface paving on roads damaged by water‑supply and sewer‑line works across all districts of Antalya. The work includes 400,000 m² of granular base, bituminous primer and double‑layer bituminous surfacing, as well as related excavation and material supply, with a 360‑day delivery schedule. Both procurements follow Turkey’s Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and will be submitted electronically through the EKAP system.
