Turkey launches SME financing program with up to 30 million lira

Turkey's Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır, has announced the launch of the third period of applications for the Capacity Development Support Program. Managed through KOSGEB, the program provides significant financial assistance to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Under the new terms, projects focused on supplier development within the defense, space, and aviation sectors are eligible for financing of up to 30 million lira. Additionally, fast-growing businesses or those holding a technopreneur badge can receive support of up to 20 million lira. These financial supports are available with repayment terms of up to 36 months.

Minister Kacır noted that in 2025, 3,938 SMEs accessed a total of 64 billion lira in financing through this program, emphasizing the government's commitment to increasing the production power and competitiveness of SMEs.
