Turkey has issued several administrative and economic updates through the Official Gazette and government announcements. The Ministry of Family and Social Services has opened the September 2026 preference period for public employment under Social Services Law No. 2828. Eligible individuals, including those who grew up under state protection, can submit up to 30 preferences via e-Devlet until September 24, 2026. The Ministry of Justice is among the participating institutions, offering 190 positions for various educational levels.

In higher education, Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz announced that funding for the Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) has increased from 115.2 million lira in 2022 to 1.4 billion lira in 2026, supporting 548 projects. Additionally, the Official Gazette detailed academic restructuring, including the establishment of a new faculty at Amasya University and an institute at Karadeniz Technical University, alongside the closure of certain faculties at Yaşar University.

Regarding economic planning, the 2027 Public Investment Program preparations have commenced. The program will prioritize fiscal discipline, inflation control, and efficient resource allocation in alignment with the Twelfth Development Plan. Other administrative updates include the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) announcing recruitment for professional staff and the establishment of a new TİHEK office in Istanbul.
