Turkish Courts Schedule Real Estate Auctions in Multiple Cities
Turkey’s court enforcement offices have announced a series of public auctions for properties in several provinces. In Eskişehir’s Tepebaşı district, an 11,158 m² agricultural plot will be auctioned starting 26 August, with a reserve price of 2.2 million TL. A separate 5,691 m² parcel in the same district will be offered with a 7,500 TL bid security and a deadline of 4 August 2026.
In İzmir’s Karşıyaka neighbourhood, a six‑storey apartment unit of 69 m² is listed for 3.4 million TL. Nevşehir’s central district will see a mixed‑use building of 521 m² go under auction, while Istanbul’s Bayrampaşa and Büyükçekmece districts each have multi‑storey blocks ranging from 80 m² to over 800 m² slated for sale with values between 3.8 million TL and 62 million TL. Bursa’s Nilüfer district lists a residential‑commercial unit of 19,164 m² valued at 4 million TL. Additionally, the CHP’s former provincial headquarters in Mersin’s Yenişehir district is on the market for 179 million TL.
All auctions are conducted under the supervision of the Turkish Ministry of Privatization and local İcra (enforcement) directorates, with bids submitted either in person or via the national e‑auction platform.
