Turkey's Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar has outlined several strategic initiatives aimed at achieving energy independence and reducing the national current account deficit. During visits to Çorum, Bayraktar highlighted that the country currently spends 60 to 70 billion dollars annually on energy imports.
