Turkey to procure vehicle rentals for student transport in Ardahan and Corum

The Turkish Ministry of National Education announced two open tenders under Public Procurement Law No. 4734, article 19, for vehicle‑rental services to transport students.

In Ardahan Province, the contract will cover the transport of 76 special‑education students, requiring five trips per student using nine vehicles over 181 work days, with the service period running from 14 September 2026 to 25 June 2027.

In Bayat district of Çorum Province, the tender concerns 343 primary‑school students, needing eight trips per student with 24 vehicles over 180 work days, also spanning 14 September 2026 to 25 June 2027.

Both procurements will be conducted as open electronic bids on the EKAP platform, and include standard participation and qualification requirements such as submission of bid letters, authorisation documents, and guarantees.
