Turkey weather forecast predicts rain for Aegean and Gerede
Turkey is expecting widespread precipitation across several regions, including the Aegean and Bolu provinces.
In the Aegean Region, all eight provinces—Muğla, Aydın, İzmir, Manisa, Denizli, Uşak, Afyonkarahisar, and Kütahya—are forecasted to experience rain or thunderstorms. Muğla is particularly highlighted, with heavy rainfall expected in districts such as Bodrum, Dalaman, Datça, Fethiye, Köyceğiz, Marmaris, Ortaca, and Ula. Temperatures in the Aegean are expected to range between 18 and 29 degrees Celsius.
In the Gerede district of Bolu, weather forecasts indicate a week of rainy conditions. The General Directorate of Meteorology predicts thunderstorms from Tuesday through Saturday, with daytime temperatures expected to drop from a high of 19 degrees Celsius on Tuesday to approximately 13 degrees Celsius by Friday. Alternative data suggests temperatures could fall as low as 3 degrees Celsius toward the weekend.
