Turkey defeats Latvia 3-0 to open European Volleyball Championship
The 2026 CEV Women's European Volleyball Championship has commenced in Istanbul. The defending champions, Turkey, opened their Group A campaign with a dominant 3-0 victory over Latvia, winning sets 25-17, 25-16, and 25-16 at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.
